It’s everyone’s favourite…satay, made slow. Full of smooth, peanutty flavour and a hint of heat from homegrown bird’s eye chillies. Free-range thigh fillets are marinated overnight, then seared in a housemade satay paste of herbs, spices, peanuts, kecap manis, dark soy, peanut butter. Simmered in coconut milk and finished off with kaffir lime leaves. Please note, this comes as frozen, with simple reheating required.

An 80 year old Nonna’s recipe, straight from the Bologna Chamber of Commerce. This is seriously authentic, better-than-your-average bolognese. Pancetta sautéed until crispy with a soffrito of onion, celery, carrot then slow-cooked with pork mince, beef mince, red wine, milk, passata and herbs. Enough sauce to serve a family of 3-4pp (generously).
Reheating: Defrost and transfer to a covered saucepan, then slowly simmer until piping hot. Or, simply reheat in a microwave. Best enjoyed with your favourite pasta.

Our best-selling Mexican…slow-cooked quality beef mince, sautéed with aromatics, red kidney beans and a housemade spice mix that’s more traditional than spicy, but it does have a little kick. Topped with finely diced jalapeno and an addictive Mexican shredded cheese topping.
Reheating: Simply pop straight into a preheated 180 degree oven with the lid kept on, until piping hot. Then remove foil lid for final 5 mins or until golden brown.
Serving suggestion: Best served with rice, pickled onions, garnish and a squeeze of fresh lime.
