








Slow-Cooked Yellow Beef Curry (GF/DF)
Tender cubes of beef, slow-roasted until fork-tender in a medium-heat Thai yellow curry paste with coconut milk, fresh ginger, onions and seasonal greens.
Reheating: Defrost and transfer to a covered saucepan, then slowly simmer until piping hot. Or, simply reheat in microwave. Serve with your favourite rice.
