              Twice-Baked Butter Chicken (GF)
Juicy chicken thigh fillets are marinated overnight in yoghurt and spices, then lightly seared until golden in Omega 3-rich ghee, then baked until beautifully tender and caramelised in a tomato, cream and turmeric bath. Seriously addictive and a best-seller for very good reason.
Reheating: Defrost and transfer to a covered saucepan, then slowly simmer until piping hot. Or, simply reheat in microwave. Serve with your favourite rice.
Ingredients: Chicken, yoghurt, lemon juice, dried herbs/spices (turmeric, garam masala, chilli, cumin, salt), ginger, garlic, ghee, tomato passata, thickened cream.
