Our best-selling vegan offering. With a host of digestive benefits, this curry packs a punch with split red lentils, curry leaves, toasted spices, fresh ginger, fresh garlic and of course, roasted cauliflower. All sitting on a bed of fresh baby spinach. It’s silky smooth, deliciously mild in flavour and perfect for warming nourishment. Topped w/ fresh red chillies and a squeeze of fresh lime.
